Pick a product and template

Coasters are 102 × 92 mm with rounded corners, six to a sheet. Placemats are 297 × 221 mm with 2 mm bleed.

Fill the whole template

Run your image right to the outer edge so there are no white slivers after cutting.

Keep words inside the cut line

The dashed line is where we cut. Keep text and logos a few millimetres inside it.

Email your file with how many you need. We'll send a price and a proof to approve.

Design your own

Start from a layout

Pick a layout, then double-click any text on the design to change it.

Add text

Double-click text on the design to type. Use the bar above the design to change font, size and colour.

Your photos and logos

Photos stay on your computer until you send us the finished file. For a sharp print, use photos at least 1500 pixels wide for coasters and 3500 for placemats.

You can also drag photos straight onto the design. Select a photo and press Fill background to stretch it edge to edge, out to the bleed line.

Artwork checklist

Sharp images

Use the biggest version of your photo you have. Images taken from social media or websites often print blurry.

File types

PDF, AI, PNG or JPG. A PDF made from our template is best.

Each coaster on the six-up sheet can be different, or repeat one design across all six.
